DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE?
It's your choice! Â
You can be there to recieve us if you want/can or you may grant us access to your home in whatever mode you are comfortable with and we can get the job done while you are at work or running errands. We're flexible.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our professional cleaners can take COA payment (cash / cheque on arrival) or you may pay directly to the company by e-transfer.
Please designate your preferred method at the time of booking!
Important Note: our cleaners do not carry change; please provide exact amount or we can e-transfer the difference to you afterwards, within 24 hours.

ARE YOUR CLEANING PRODUCTS NATURAL?
All products we use are from the all-natural Melaluca line -- 100% safe for your kids and furry friends, and they smell so AMAZING you will tell your friends!
Our toilet bowl cleaner is the only exception, but can request otherwise.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU BRING?
We bring with us a cleaning kit with all the essentials to home care from Mela Luca. If there are any products you prefer to supply us with, we are happy to use them.
We are equipped with light-weight, economic but versatile vacuum cleaners or we can use your own home vac if you prefer. Same with the mop and bucket -- we have ours, but we can always use yours.

ARE THERE ANY DISCLAIMERS I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT?
We do not engage in any activity with potentially dangerous circumstances and consequences. Sorry! Some examples: slippery or unreasonably high places, electrical concerns, or unsanitary conditions.Â
In the rare event that we deem your home to be of health concern, we politely hold the right to decline the fulfillment of the services requested and apologize for any inconvenience.Â
We do not move heavy furniture to clean behind or beneath while working alone -- it's not safe for our backs or your floors! If there is another person present to help, we will help to move something within reason, otherwise we will work around the best we can.
Customers must provide a safe stool on the premise if you have hard to reach surfaces or appliances.
We can move mountains (of clothing, junk etc) but we cannot work miracles -- though we try our very best to do so! Please recognize that intensive house cleaning is an arduous task, hence why you have hired us! We pride ourselves in doing the conscientious details: we choose quality over quantity at Leave It To Me every time. Please be sensitive to the fact that households that have gone more than 2-3 weeks without attention will often be a larger task then what we would quote for our regular house-keeping clients, whose cleanliness we consistently maintain to a particular standard of excellence. This is especially true of homes with lots of kids and animals!Â
If you are the type to prefer quantity over quality, let us know and we are happy to pick up the
speed at your instruction, but also at your own risk.
IS IT CUSTOMARY TO TIP?
It is appreciated by our hard-working staff to recieve a gratuity for their effort, but it is never expected, nor is it essential.
The amount of gratuities varies widely; please contribute whatever you are comfortable with and can afford -- the gesture is more important the the dollar value!
